Maybe you hit something. Maybe something hit you. Maybe you were playing chicken and you both hit each other. Not a problem – we know what you want, and that is to get back on the road!

ORRIN B. HAYES, INC. has been providing exceptional high-quality auto body repair for over 50 years. When it comes to body work we adhere to the same customer service philosophy embodied by our motto “Service Sold It” Since 1920. Having a fender bender is stressful, and we try to help take away a little bit of that stress by making the repair process easy – all you have to do is file the claim and we will take it from there!

Our friendly, professional team will work with your insurance company to handle all the details in preparing an appraisal and repairing your vehicle back to pre-accident condition – then we’ll stand behind our work as long as you own your vehicle. We work with all insurance companies to make sure you’re back out there, winning at chicken (Helpful tip: Look’em right in the eyes – it should probably work… we think).

FAQ

Do I have to go where the insurance company directs me?
NO! It is your legal right to do business with the shop of your choice. Some insurance companies will try to steer you to one of their direct repair shops. Beware of this tactic, which doesn’t always work in favor of the customer.

Do you need an appointment for an estimate?
No! We are open from 8am – 5pm for estimates. No appointment is necessary, though you are welcome to call us a (269) 349-0216 if you’d like to schedule one.

Do I need to get 2 or 3 estimates?
NO! There is no law that requires this. It is the responsibility of the insurance company to adjust your claim fairly. We work with the insurance appraiser to ensure they write an accurate estimate that will repair your vehicle back to its pre-accident condition.
